Welcome to the Berlin Tango Experience. We offer interesting and dynamic workshops in Berlin, with time to visit some of the historical places, go to dinner together, and dance at some of the best milongas in Berlin! Classes will be in English but we have good language skills and can assist in Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, and German.
Workshops are limited to max 15 couples so book early to get a place!
Why Berlin?
Berlin is probably the best place for tango outside of Buenos Aires! Thousands of people travel to Berlin each year to dance at festivals, take workshops, or even just for a few days sight-seeing during the day and enjoying the local milongas at night.
Some points to note:
- Berlin has an amazing history, with a huge amount of history which you can see in the streets.
- It is very cosmopolitan with people and cuisine from all around the world, especially from Turkey and the Middle-East. You must try one of the tasty Doner Kebabs or Falafels - which are also so cheap for only €2.50!
- Berlin has very artistic and creative people and places.
- One of the cheapest capital cities in Europe so it's excellent for people on a tight budget
- Most people speak English and it is very easy to get around
- There are lots of interesting markets for shopping and finding amazing bargains!
- Berlin is very safe, and with a very reliable and organised public transport system you'll never get lost!
